Domestic Orders:

Free Shipping in India: We will ensure that we dispatch the order within 5 working days. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 10 working days.

For shipments delivered outside DELHI, the customer’s state may charge an OCTROI Duty on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed as these are taxes which is directly paid to the government. Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTROI Duty charged by your state government.

General Scenario:

In case we get a cancellation request or an email from the customer and till that time the order has been processed by us, the order cannot be canceled. FYC Professional has complete right to decide whether the order should be canceled or not. Also, will ensure that the customer agrees not to dispute the decision taken by FYC Professional and accept the decision taken by FYC Professional.

In the case of Perishable Goods:

In case if a customer wants to cancel the order for perishable products, the cost of the products will have to be borne by them.

In case of Gift Certificate:

Gift Certificate will not be canceled, user can demand for extension of expiry date within 2 days of purchase.

Cancellation of Order by FYC Professional.

Customer need s to place a call at the call center no 011-47523690 within 2 days of order placement and 24hrs of order delivery to cancel the order.

Once the cancellation request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 5 days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate a refund.

FYC Professional reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by FYC Professional for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.

Exchange/Refund policy :

Place your item in the original packing

Please seal it properly in the packaging before sending it to our address.

Schedule a pickup using our logistics partner, at our cost, by calling us, it usually takes about 3 days to have the product picked from your place.

The exchange shall not happen under below-mentioned circumstances:

Products are perishable in nature.

Items that have been used or opened.

An item not returned in the condition it was received.

Any item received by us in a damaged condition.

Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
